If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we invite you to review our policy on refunds and returns. Returns

You have 30 minutes after receiving your order to inspect your items and notify us if there is any problem with your purchase. Please note that due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns after the product has been consumed unless the item is defective.

Refunds

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a refund or exchange policy provided the following conditions are met:

• The item must be in its original, unused condition.
• You must provide proof of purchase.
• If the item is defective, we require notification within 30 minutes of receipt.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.

Exchanges

Late or Missing Refunds

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
